The catering at Borgo Gallinaio is just for the clients of our relais, and wants to accommodate the needs of all of our hosts.

The restaurant is inside the Borgo, in a unique, welcoming and classy space, with rustic floors and wood ceilings. The restaurant is inside the relais, where the Tuscan cuisine is celebrated every day.

In the kitchen the Chef, completely fulfilling our traditions, guarantees the typical local cuisine, for example with soups, homemade pasta, Chianina I.G.P. meat and desserts baked by following old recipes. The Chef offers you a fancy cuisine, which is strictly seasonal and traditional.
